Papua New Guinea is starting to produce some really high quality coffees! This is a wonderful example of a beautifully balanced washed coffee which has held all its characteristics after going through the EA decaffeination process.

These beans have combined the flavours from the limestone hills of the Simbu Province, with the volcanic soil of the Eastern Highlands, and you’ll be able to pick cinnamon spice & juicy stone fruit!
