250g pre-ground coffee for use in Cafetiere ONLY.

You need 15g (approx 2 tablespoons) of coffee per 250ml of water.

Brewing Guide:

 

  1. Spoon coffee into Cafetiere.
  2. Pour enough hot water in to cover the coffee and stir, leaving for 30 seconds. This is called the Bloom and you should see the coffee bubble slightly.
  3. After 30 seconds fill the cafetiere, stir 3 or 4 times and let it sit for 4 monutes.
  4. After 4 minutes plunge and serve.
