At OddKin Coffee Roasters, we want you to love every brew; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only accept returns on brewing equipment and unopened merchandise within 30 days.

  Ensure that your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and was purchased within the last 30 days for a full refund.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and send them back to our roastery using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
